It''s an Bezel set Oval cut emerald with long wavey bits of diamond tipped gold coming off it kinds like a sun or something???????????????????????????

But I kinda liked this ring, and I felt silly for liking it because OBVIOUSLY it was posted here for being ridiculous... but then by the time I''d finished reading your post, I felt justified.

Awwwww.... it is sad!! I actually have this ring. It was given to me by my grandmother who was very proud to give it to me. I don''t wear it out in public...but I do wear it to make her happy when I visit...

It is just as shown....I didn''t think you could even find this anywhere LOL! Oh my sweet grandmother..she just thinks it is the most wonderful thing..because she bought it for herself, and she''s always been poor...

Do your diamonds go all the way around? If so you do you get marks on your fingers from the prongs? I know that is a dreadful question...sorry. I got a pave RHR and I get odd little marks on my hand from the peice being so wide. Oh I have to go and droll

I was actually the proud owner of a pretty ugly e-ring myself at one time. I don''t have any pics, but it was one of the typical early 1990s big chunky gold settings with way too much going on in it. I''ve changed twice since then.
